Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients, assessing their needs and developing treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving clients' functional abilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records of patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and strategies.
• Maintain compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state Occupational Therapist license or certification.
• Proven experience in occupational therapy or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and best practices.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Certification in specialty areas such as pediatrics or geriatrics.
