Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, days shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide acute care occupational therapy services across multiple hospital units.
• Floated between units to support patient needs and ensure optimal care delivery.
• Manage patient caseloads with approximately 8-9 patients per day.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Comply with hospital policies and documentation requirements using Epic charting system.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Washington state occupational therapy license or valid compact license.
• In-hand Allied license (if applicable).
• Minimum 48 hours of approved shift work.
• Experience in acute care settings and inpatient rehab environments preferred.
• Ability to work independently, self-driven, and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Acute care experience is a hard stop requirement.
• Inpatient Rehab experience is a plus.
• Comfortable floating within the hospital facility.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
