Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct respiratory therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and established care plans

• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with breathing disorders and cardiopulmonary conditions

• Administer therapeutic gases, aerosol medications, and mechanical ventilation as indicated

• Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately in the medical record

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license or certification in good standing

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred; CRT considered

• Current BLS certification required

• Ability to work night shift hours as scheduled

• Compliance with facility orientation requirements prior to independent practice

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in an acute care or hospital setting

• Familiarity with mechanical ventilation management

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
