Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Rotating Weekends | Projected Start: 05/25/2026

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and identify functional deficits requiring physical therapy intervention
• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic treatment plans in accordance with PT discipline standards
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions using standard hospital equipment
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using the facility EMR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge staff and PTAs to ensure continuity of care
• Manage a patient caseload within established unit ratios in an acute hospital setting

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Texas Physical Therapy licensure
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in a hospital setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a large acute care or medical center environment
• Familiarity with MEDITECT or similar hospital EMR platforms
