Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (0700–1530, 8-hour shifts) | On-call required 2–3 nights per week, every 3rd weekend, and 2–3 holidays per year

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with cardiac catheterization and peripheral angiography procedures in a multi-suite cath lab environment consisting of 2 labs, 1 hybrid room, and a 6-bed recovery area
• Support interventional cases including STEMI, NSTEMI, chest pain workups, neuro-intervention for stroke patients, line placement, drain placement, and loop recorder implantation
• Operate and monitor Philips imaging and monitoring equipment, including a biplane lab setup
• Utilize Epic EMR and McKesson lab systems to document and manage patient care information
• Participate in on-call rotation covering weeknights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Maintain an average caseload of approximately 5 cases per day within a charge-nurse-led team environment

Required Qualifications

• Current, active Illinois state license (or confirmation that the application process has been initiated)
• Current BLS certification
• Recent hands-on experience with heart catheterization and peripheral catheterization procedures
• Ability to comply with a drug-free workplace policy, including a negative drug screen for all panels

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience operating Philips imaging and monitoring equipment
• Familiarity with McKesson lab information systems
• Exposure to biplane lab environments and hybrid OR/cath lab settings
