Contract | Night Shift | 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available | Every other weekend required | Every other holiday required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to a long-term care population of up to 48 residents during night shift hours

• Manage and oversee care for residents with common diagnoses including dementia, heart disease, COPD, chronic kidney disease, and depression

• Collaborate with LPNs and certified medication aides as part of a small nursing team during assigned shifts

• Document resident care accurately using an electronic medical records system

• Adhere to facility protocols, care plans, and compliance standards throughout each shift

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of North Dakota

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting

• Ability to work night shifts, including every other weekend and every other holiday

• Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn electronic medical records platforms

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a high-acuity LTC environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with geriatric populations and complex chronic conditions such as dementia and COPD

• Familiarity with PCC (PointClickCare) EMR system

• Previous experience working in a smaller, rural care facility setting
