Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment programs for participants.

• Support participants in developing, recovering, or maintaining daily living and work skills.

• Promote optimal independence, safety, and quality of life through targeted therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to align treatment plans with broader care goals.

• Provide occupational therapy services within a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) model focused on whole-person, coordinated care for seniors.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with an elderly or frail population.

• Current registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the State of Colorado, maintained throughout employment.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and adequate automobile insurance maintained throughout employment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 1–3 years of experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist.

• Familiarity with PACE programs or comprehensive eldercare service models.

• Experience working within an interdisciplinary or team-based care environment.
