Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
  • Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with credentialing and facility-specific requirements throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

  • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon (permanent license required)
  • Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
  • Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements
  • Willingness to complete any facility-specific onboarding documentation prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
  • Familiarity with travel or contract therapy assignments
