Contract (13 Weeks) | Shift: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 24-Hour Weekly Guarantee | Facility Work Week: Sunday – Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Manage a patient assignment within a 1:25 nurse-to-resident ratio
• Document all clinical activities and resident information accurately using PointClickCare
• Participate in required weekend rotation, including every 7th weekend night shift coverage
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of resident care

Required Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of Iowa or a compact state
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
• Proficiency with PointClickCare electronic health records system
• Ability to work a 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM shift schedule
• Availability to fulfill every 7th weekend night shift requirement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience in LTC/SNF environments
• Comfort managing higher nurse-to-resident ratios in a fast-paced care setting
