Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services in a short-term acute care setting
• Deliver one-on-one patient care with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Evaluate and treat patients across assigned acute care units
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient rehabilitation and recovery goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist state license; compact license must be active and in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care physical therapy experience
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify as a traveler
• Ability to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Level II Trauma Center environment
• Familiarity with travel contract compliance requirements and documentation processes
