Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient or clinic-based setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with established care plans and clinical protocols
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required; permanent state licensure required (compact licensure not accepted)
• Prior experience in a physical therapy clinical setting
• Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
• Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with documentation systems and clinical compliance standards in a contract setting
