Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a PCU, Med-Surg, and Telemetry setting on night shift
- Perform charge nurse duties as required
- Participate in every other weekend rotation
- Float to other units within the facility based on staffing needs
- Work independently in a critical access hospital environment with a small inpatient census
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Vermont or compact state eligibility
- Experience in PCU, Med-Surg, or Telemetry nursing
- Ability to perform charge nurse duties independently
- Flexibility to float to other units as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a critical access or rural hospital setting
- Demonstrated charge nurse or leadership experience
- Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
