Travel Respiratory Therapist – Registered (Nights)

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely diagnostic and therapeutic cardiopulmonary services to inpatients and outpatients following approved medical staff protocols and department policies
• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures including intubations and insertion of arterial lines
• Deliver medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas and maintain patient airways
• Manage mechanical ventilators and monitor patient respiratory status
• Perform pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, and blood gas analysis

Required Qualifications

• Current NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
• Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required (American Heart Association only)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical respiratory therapy experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience
• Experience working in a long-term acute care or hospital setting
