Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to clients of diverse age groups
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for communication disorders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous pediatric or adult speech therapy experience
• Familiarity with therapy software or electronic health records
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
