Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the scope of licensure or under physician supervision, following pre-established rules, regulations, and protocols
• Administer emergency medications in accordance with the State of Wyoming Scope of Practice for Paramedics
• Perform complete, population-specific patient assessments, establish care priorities, and render appropriate treatment
• Accurately document patient assessments and treatments using the WATRS reporting system in compliance with Wyoming State statutes
• Ensure ambulances and station are maintained, clean, stocked, and ready for service at all times
• Prioritize tasks and manage time, personnel, and resources to meet department goals and standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Paramedic licensure (EMT applicants will not be considered)
• Minimum of one year of Paramedic experience required
• Knowledge of and ability to operate within the State of Wyoming Scope of Practice for Paramedics
• Proficiency in patient assessment, emergency medication administration, and pre-hospital care protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with the WATRS electronic reporting system
• Experience working in a hospital-based or integrated EMS environment
