Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Varied Days/Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
• Accurately document resident care, progress, and changes in condition using facility-designated software
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of resident care
• Adhere to facility policies, including attendance and reliability standards throughout the contract duration

Required Qualifications

• Active Compact or Wyoming state Registered Nurse license — must be in-hand prior to start
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Proficiency with PointClickCare (PCC) electronic health records system required
• Ability to work a varied shift schedule combining day and night shifts as directed
• Strong attendance record; must comply with facility call-out policy (no more than 1 call-out within the first 30 days; no more than 2 call-outs for the full contract term)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with SNF regulatory requirements and care standards
