Schedule / Job Type
• Part-time, 13-week assignment, guaranteed 30 hours per week, shifts starting as soon as possible, with options for Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized therapy programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
• Document patient information and therapy outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications
• Valid California state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Current CPR certification (if required by facility)
• Proven experience in providing physical therapy services
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in outpatient or rehabilitative settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
