Contract | Days (6:45 AM - 7:00 PM) | 13 Weeks | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Administer intravenous treatments to a varied patient population within a large outpatient infusion center setting
- Provide oncology nursing care including chemotherapy administration
- Support bone marrow transplant patients as part of a multidisciplinary care team
- Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records
- Monitor and assess patient responses to infusion therapies and intervene as appropriate
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of oncology nursing experience
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Chemotherapy certification required
- Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant experience required
- Proficiency with Cerner electronic health records system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient infusion center environment
- Familiarity with a wide range of intravenous treatment protocols across diverse patient populations
