Ultrasound Technologist – Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer

Location

Atlanta, Georgia

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging procedures within a breast care imaging setting
  • Conduct advanced breast ultrasound examinations in accordance with departmental protocols and standards of care
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal image quality
  • Document and communicate findings accurately to the appropriate clinical team members
  • Maintain a safe and professional environment for patients throughout imaging procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in ultrasound/sonography specialty
  • Experience with Advanced Breast Ultrasound is required
  • Active ARDMS certification required
  • Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience in a dedicated breast care imaging environment
  • Familiarity with women's health imaging protocols and patient populations
