Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Job Title

• Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

• Great Bend, KS

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Nights - 12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based emergency nursing care within scope of practice
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and plan care accordingly
• Implement and evaluate patient treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Provide compassionate patient support during emergency situations

Required Qualifications

• Nursing degree (RN)
• Valid RN license in Kansas or RN compact license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with plans to obtain ACLS and PALS through RQI after hire

Preferred Experience / Skills

• New graduates considered for entry-level positions
• Ability to float to other units within scope of practice as needed

• On-call and holiday rotations required (every-other basis, with rotations assigned annually)
• Shift differentials: Evening ($2.30/hr), Night ($3.75/hr), Weekend ($3.00/hr)
