Schedule / Job Type

Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite | Nights | 7 on/7 off rotating schedule with 3 x 12-hour shifts (7pm–7am) and 4 x 10-hour shifts (9pm–7am) | Weekend and holiday rotation required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory testing across designated departments in accordance with established protocols and quality standards
• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and equipment
• Accurately document and report test results in a timely manner
• Participate in weekend and holiday schedule rotations as required
• Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and compliance standards within the laboratory setting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Medical Lab Scientist (MLS) experience
• Associate degree or appropriate Military Training eligible for ASCP or NCA certification
• ASCP, NCA, AMT, or equivalent certification required — must be completed within 6 months of hire if not already obtained

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Active ASCP, NCA, or AMT certification at time of hire
• Experience working in a hospital or acute care laboratory environment
• Familiarity with a broad range of laboratory disciplines and testing methodologies
