Contract | Evening Shift (4x12 Hours, 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM) | Onsite | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting within a short-term acute care facility
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 to 1:3 in accordance with unit standards
• Float between units as needed to support staffing and patient care demands
• Deliver specialized nursing care with a focus on cardiac, neurological, general surgery, and trauma patient populations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required; 2–3 years strongly preferred
• Experience with cardiac and neurological patient populations
• Ability to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submittal

Preferred Experience / Skills

• General surgery and/or trauma nursing experience
• Experience in a Level II Trauma Center environment
• 2–3 years of ICU-specific experience
