Job Title

• Seasonal Travel Registered Nurse - Postpartum

• Wichita, KS

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, Full-time, Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 12-hour shifts, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide postpartum patient care to women within a busy hospital environment
• Monitor vital signs using Welch Allen vitals machines and CPN monitors
• Support breastfeeding, manage postpartum hemorrhage, and assist with circumcisions
• Assess and manage hypertension in postpartum patients
• Collaborate with a dedicated team on a high-volume postpartum unit delivering 400-500 babies monthly

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care postpartum hospital experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• High-risk postpartum experience
• Level 2 Nursery experience
