Seasonal Travel RN – Postpartum / Mother Baby (Night Shift)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Projected Start: June 30, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct postpartum nursing care managing 3–4 couplets per shift in a high-volume, high-risk postpartum unit
• Perform and interpret POC glucose monitoring and support breastfeeding education and assistance
• Assess and manage postpartum hypertension and postpartum hemorrhage
• Assist with circumcision procedures and related newborn care
• Utilize Meditech and CPN electronic medical record systems to document patient care accurately
• Adhere to established standards of behavior and unit guidelines throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care postpartum hospital experience (2 years preferred)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Ability to work night shifts on a busy, high-risk postpartum unit

Preferred Experience / Skills

• High-risk postpartum experience
• Level 2 Nursery experience
• Experience with Meditech or CPN EMR platforms
