- Travel RN - Cardiac Cath Lab
Location
- Wichita, KS
Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, Days Shift, 10.5 hours per shift, 4 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory setting
- Monitor and manage cardiac procedures such as angioplasty and stenting
- Administer cardiac medication infusions and ensure patient safety during procedures
- Follow unit policies and protocols for patient care and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize Phillips fluoroscopy equipment and EMR systems for documentation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital experience in a Cath Lab setting
- Valid and active Kansas nursing license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Mac Lab and Meditech electronic medical records
- Prior experience with cardiac drips and interventional procedures
