Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure effective patient care
- Document patient assessments and treatment sessions accurately
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in outpatient or clinic settings
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
