Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | 12-Hour Night Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Major Holidays Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit setting with a high-acuity patient population
• Monitor and manage patients requiring intermediate-level care, including those on continuous drip medications
• Operate and manage arterial lines and non-invasive respiratory support equipment such as BiPAP and Airvo
• Float to lesser acuity units as needed based on staffing requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of PCU RN experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Must be able to work every other weekend and major holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing high-acuity drip medications
• Arterial line experience
• BiPAP and Airvo experience
