Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard scheduling practice
• Deliver evidence-based evaluation and treatment in an outpatient clinical setting
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality patient care and continuity of treatment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Tennessee or ability to obtain prior to start
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Must not be a new graduate; prior clinical experience required
• Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
• Experience as a travel therapist or willingness to work within a travel team model at this or a neighboring clinic
