Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours per Week | 8-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department and/or Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) setting with a 4:1 patient ratio
• Perform and assist with advanced procedures including intubation, chest tube insertion, and central line placement
• Collaborate within a team nursing model alongside paramedics, EMTs, and dedicated unit secretaries
• Accurately document all patient care activities using the Epic electronic health records system
• Float between the main Emergency Department and affiliated FSEDs as needed per unit policy
• Meet weekend scheduling requirements of 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Current PALS certification
• TNCC or ENPC certification
• CPI certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume Emergency Department with both adult and pediatric patients
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records documentation system
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic clinical environment
