Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (5x8 Hours, 7:00–15:30) | Rotating weekend coverage required | On-call/standby rotation required (Saturday and Sunday 15:00–07:00)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform echocardiography and ultrasound/sonography procedures in an acute care hospital setting
- Operate imaging equipment and produce diagnostic-quality images for physician interpretation
- Participate in rotating weekend coverage and standby on-call rotation as scheduled
- Document and chart patient information accurately using Epic EMR
- Adhere to departmental protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Echo/Ultrasound/Sonography experience required
- Active ARDMS certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Valid California state license required and must be in hand at time of submission
- LA fire card obtained within the last 30 days required
- Ability to commit to rotating weekend and on-call standby schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in an acute care hospital environment
- Familiarity with Epic EMR charting system
- Experience with holiday shift commitments in a clinical setting
