Contract | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts (2 weekday shifts and 2 weekend shifts per week; flexible scheduling available)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients across assigned clinical settings
• Evaluate patient functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living and functional skills
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and progress
• Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Illinois
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Experience in an acute care, rehabilitation, or related clinical setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in acute rehabilitation or progressive care environments
• Familiarity with documentation and workflows in a hospital-based therapy setting
