Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Start Time: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | On-call required: 5–10 days per month (5:30 PM – 7:00 AM); weekend on-call coverage 24 hours Saturday/Sunday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Interventional Radiology setting, including prep area and procedural rooms
• Assist with complex IR procedures including drains, neuro cases, air sphere embolization, and tumor ablation
• Support ortho/spine procedures as assigned within the IR department
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1 patient per room/team in procedural rooms and up to 1:3 in the prep area
• Participate in on-call rotation covering evenings, nights, and weekends as scheduled by department needs
• Operate and assist with imaging equipment including X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, and systems by GE, Siemens, and Philips

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current IR RN experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Must reside within 30 minutes of the facility during on-call periods

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Neuro experience and/or experience at a thrombectomy center
• Prior experience with Meditech or CPN EMR systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage high-stress situations effectively
