Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Day Shift | Full-Time | Onsite | Projected Start: May 14, 2026 | Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as a scrub or circulating RN in a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center environment with 9 OR suites and 3 procedure rooms
• Support a diverse surgical case mix including ophthalmology, orthopedics/sports medicine, GYN/urology, plastics, general surgery, and pediatrics
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio in the OR and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CSTs and perianesthesia RNs
• Operate and assist with surgical equipment including Stryker, Steris, and Smith & Nephew systems; document care using Cerner Surginet EMR
• Fulfill late call responsibilities up to 2 times per week, remaining until the last case is completed as primary or backup call
• Float to additional surgical areas at the main campus as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (compact or North Carolina state license)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a surgical/operating room setting
• Experience with a broad surgical case mix including but not limited to ophthalmology, orthopedics, GYN/urology, plastics, general, and pediatric cases
• Proficiency with Cerner Surginet or comparable surgical EMR
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• More than 1 year of experience in an ambulatory surgery center setting
• CNOR certification
• Familiarity with Stryker, Steris, and Smith & Nephew surgical equipment
