Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a high-volume emergency department setting
- Assess, triage, and manage both adult and pediatric emergency patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely and effective emergency interventions
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, initiating appropriate clinical actions
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 4 years of well-rounded adult and pediatric emergency nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Experience in a large facility emergency department environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Level I Trauma Center experience strongly preferred
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification preferred
- ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification preferred
