X-Ray Technologist (Radiology/Cardiology)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (5x8s) with on-call rotation including weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures at a technical level requiring sound understanding of anatomical positioning and physiology
• Apply ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis in adult and/or pediatric radiology
• Operate with a high degree of technical competency, initiative, and ingenuity with minimal supervision
• Float within scope to cover OR, Orthopedics, Fluoroscopy, Inpatient, Outpatient, and Emergency Room as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation, including weekend coverage
• Complete required facility modules prior to start date

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist
• Active ARRT (R) certification required
• Active SCRQSA (R) certification required
• Current BLS and CPR certification required
• Radiation badge required (must be provided by the staffing agency)
• Fluoroscopy and OR experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health records system
• Familiarity with Level III Trauma and Acute Care hospital environments
• Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient radiology settings
