X-Ray Technologist (Radiology/Cardiology)

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Saturday–Monday | 7:00 AM–7:30 PM | No On-Call Rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures at a technical level requiring sound understanding of anatomical positioning and physiology
• Apply ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis in adult and/or pediatric radiology
• Operate with a high degree of technical competency, initiative, and ingenuity with minimum supervision
• Provide coverage across multiple areas including OR, Orthopedics, Fluoroscopy, Inpatient, Outpatient, and Emergency Room as needed within scope
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and maintain required radiation monitoring compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of X-Ray Technologist experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• Active ARRT (R) certification required
• SCRQSA (R) certification required
• Current BLS and CPR certifications required
• Radiation badge required (must be provided by agency prior to start)
• Fluoroscopy and OR experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level III Trauma or Acute Care Hospital environment
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
• Familiarity with multi-modality coverage including Inpatient, Outpatient, and ER settings
