Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown (Neuro/Surgical Telemetry)

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Neuro/Surgical Telemetry floor
- Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate, step-down level care
- Utilize telemetry monitoring and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Float to other Medical/Surgical Telemetry units or low-acuity ICU as needed
- Fulfill weekend shift requirements (3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule)
- Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
Required Qualifications
- Active Tennessee or compact Registered Nurse license
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience
- Epic EMR experience within the past 12 months, clearly documented on candidate profile
- Must be willing to work Memorial Day and meet weekend shift requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Experience with neuro or surgical patient populations
