Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Meet contractual and regulatory requirements for therapy services
• Participate in onboarding and credentialing processes as required

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active physical therapist license in the state of Alabama
• Experience in setting physical therapy treatment plans and documentation
• Ability to work day shifts consistently
• Equipment will be provided during interviews

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and documentation standards
