• Full-time, Days shifts, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans in accordance with licensure standards for inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures, assistive devices, and home programs to promote health and well-being.
• Coordinate treatment schedules with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor patient progress, assess outcomes, and initiate program modifications or new treatment strategies as needed.
• Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress accurately and in compliance with review standards.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and document discharge plans, identifying and responding to significant patient condition changes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license through the North Dakota State Board of Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT Certification as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L).
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2+ years of experience in inpatient and/or outpatient occupational therapy.
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team to meet patient care goals.
