Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services with 30-minute treat times and 1-hour evaluations
• Manage patient care effectively while adhering to clinic protocols
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately
• Maintain compliance with clinic policies, including a 30-day cancellation notice policy
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting patient recovery goals

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
