Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluation findings
• Provide direct therapeutic intervention to patients across applicable age groups and diagnoses
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of California (CA)
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
• Experience providing speech-language pathology services in a clinical setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment, including modified barium swallow studies
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and care teams
