Registered Nurse
Location: Greenwich, CT
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift, 4 shifts per week, 13-week contract, on-site, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with alternating weekends)
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide home health nursing care to patients in the assigned territory
• Complete Homecare Homebase/OASIS documentation accurately within the last year
• Manage wound care and utilize WellSky EMR as required
• Participate in call/triage as scheduled, primarily phone-based with rare home visits
• Ensure high-quality patient care with compassion, professionalism, and excellent customer service
• Maintain reliable attendance and effective time management skills

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of Home Health experience
• Recent (within the last year) experience with Homecare Homebase/OASIS
• Valid RN licensure in hand at the time of submission
• Experience with WellSky EMR and wound care preferred
• Previous on-call/triage experience and dependable work ethic

Schedule Details:

• On-call availability 1-2 weeks per month, from 5:30 PM to 8:30 AM weekdays
• On-call primarily involves phone triage, minimal home visits
