Lab Assistant – Lab Support

Contract | Night Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 7 Days per Week | 8-Hour Shifts | 56 Hours per Week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve paper lab results and accurately scan documents into the electronic health record system
- Maintain consistent data entry and document management throughout the shift
- Ensure all scanned records are properly filed and accounted for within the electronic system
- Perform computer-based tasks for the duration of the shift in a stationary, desk-based environment
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work overnight shifts, 7 days per week
- Proficiency with basic computer operations and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
- Ability to remain focused and productive in a stationary, computer-based role for extended periods
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with EPIC or similar electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Previous experience in a healthcare, laboratory, or medical records environment
