Cath Lab Tech (Radiology/Cardiology – Cath Lab/EP)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10 Hours (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) | Onsite | On-call required: approximately 1 call day per week and one weekend every 5–6 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures
• Assist with percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) including stents, balloon angioplasty, laser, rotational atherectomy, Impella, IABP, and CTO procedures
• Support Structural Heart procedures including TAVR, Balloon Valvuloplasty, and Watchman
• Participate in Electrophysiology procedures including EPS, Afib/Flutter ablations, BiV and pacemaker implants
• Fulfill on-call responsibilities as scheduled
• Document and chart patient care activities using EPIC

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• ARRT-R or CCI RCIS credential required
• Active Washington State RT or CIS License required (no pending licenses accepted)
• Candidates must not have a permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility to be eligible for a travel contract
• All requested time off must be disclosed at time of submittal

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Prior experience in a short-term acute care facility setting
