Travel – Physical Therapist

Contract | Travel Assignment | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an acute care and/or rehabilitation setting
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in alignment with facility protocols and care standards
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to work a consistent day shift schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Compliance with all facility credentialing and health requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute care, rehabilitation, or comprehensive inpatient rehab setting
• Familiarity with CARF-accredited rehabilitation environments
• Previous travel therapy assignment experience
