Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, primarily orthopedic cases.
• Evaluate patient conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and execute therapy sessions.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain productivity goals by managing approximately 12-14 patient visits per day and handling follow-ups efficiently.
• Willingness to float to neighboring clinics and participate in a travel team is available.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with at least 36 hours guaranteed.
• Must obtain approval from the director for any overtime hours.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic therapy experience highly desirable.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics or join a travel team.
• Strong organizational and patient communication skills.
