Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 patient visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as appropriate to optimize caseload.
• Work collaboratively with the clinic team to ensure quality patient care and adherence to treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with clinic protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare team members to support recovery and rehabilitation goals.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to handle a high patient volume efficiently.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work a full 8-hour day on dayshift schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing daily caseloads and patient needs.
