Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients in a home health setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement and carry out established treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist and care team regarding patient status and plan of care updates
- Adhere to facility attendance and compliance policies throughout the duration of the contract
Required Qualifications
- Active South Carolina PTA license (pending license accepted; must be obtained prior to start date)
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of PTA experience; 2 years preferred
- Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility (local candidates within 75-mile radius are not eligible)
- All requested time off must be submitted at the time of initial submission; requests made after submission will not be considered
- Compliance documents must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to scheduled start date
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Home health experience strongly preferred; all PTA experience will be considered
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
