Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a mixed acuity unit primarily supporting medicine services, including stepdown and med/surg patients
• Perform medication titrations and manage patients requiring CPAP/BiPAP therapy
• Utilize EPIC for clinical documentation and Omnicell for medication management
• Serve in a charge nurse capacity on night shifts as needed
• Float within the hospital organization as required to meet staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a PCU, IMC, or stepdown setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency with CPAP/BiPAP management and medication titrations
• Ability to function as charge nurse on night shift
• Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC EMR and Omnicell medication dispensing systems
• Prior travel nursing experience, though first-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Demonstrated ability to float across units within a large health system
