Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Weekdays and rotating weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care/PCU/Stepdown unit with an estimated patient ratio of 1:3
• Monitor and manage telemetry for assigned patients throughout the shift
• Perform IV starts and other required clinical skills as part of routine patient care
• Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity level as needed
• Document all patient care activities accurately using the facility's electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license (compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of PCU/Stepdown experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Demonstrated IV start proficiency required
• Telemetry monitoring skills required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
