Job Title
• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown units.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and manage IVs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Float within units of similar or lower acuity levels as needed.
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Respond to patient needs promptly and effectively during night shifts.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of current PCU/IMC/Stepdown nursing experience.
• Valid RN license (compact or state-specific) in Ohio.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Proficiency in IV starts, telephonic experience, and patient monitoring.
• Ability to work nocturnal hours and adapt to night shift schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Experience working in ICU or high-acuity stepdown units.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to float seamlessly across units.
