Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:30) | 36 Hours per Week | Onsite | Rotating weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular ICU setting with estimated patient ratios of 1:1–2
• Operate and monitor advanced equipment including ventilators, balloon pumps, PA lines, and Swan-Ganz catheters
• Perform IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and conscious sedation procedures
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using the EPIC electronic health records system
• Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity as required
• Adhere to rotating holiday and weekend scheduling requirements, including up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license (compact or Ohio state license) required at time of submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, mechanical ventilation, Swan-Ganz catheters, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Active EPIC EMR experience required
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program required
• Minimum of 2 professional references required, with at least 1 from a manager, director, or formal leadership role

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience strongly preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
